Best Practices to Avoid the Coronavirus
Create a few habits to lessen your chances of getting the coronavirus
Nine Best Practices
- Sneeze into your arm, not into your hand.
- Remove your mask by the bands, not from the shield.
- Gloves - remove from the inside out, and do not touch the palms.
- Elevator - get into the habit of using your elbow to press buttons.
- Shoes - first remove and then clean the bottom, and then remove your gloves, and finally remove your mask.
- Open doors - when possible, don't use your hands, instead turn and walk backwards.
- Household garbage - spray and disinfect the outside of the garbage bag.
- Putting food into pantry - wipe it down first.
- Lastly, keep you and your loved ones safe.
